Looking For A Pet?

Meet a few lovable pets who are available for adoption. These are just a few of the cats I am fostering for the SICSA Pet Adoption Center All are spayed or neutered and are current on all vaccinations.

I'm Solitaire and I was rescued by a most amazing creature!

The purrfect hostess, SOLITAIRE glides gracefully in the room to warmly greet any guest.  She loves people and gets along well with other cats and dogs, too.

My name is Nessie and I'm just a little shy, but I'm really very sweet.

Quiet and reserved, the beautiful NESSIE is a bit shy when meeting someone new for the first time.  Once she gets to know you, you have a friend for life!

In her former life as a stray, she begged for scraps at the drive thru of a Burger King, hence her name WHOPPER. She is friendly, sociable and likes to curl up on a warm lap.  No more fast food for her!  She's hooked on premium cat food now.

I can't believe they named me Whopper!

Meet MOOSE, a good natured, pleasingly plump and "never-met-a-stranger" kind of guy.  He has personality plus!  Moose gets along with everyone.

My name is Moose, but you can call me anything you like just as long as you call me in time for dinner!

Misha at nine weeks old

Flash at nine weeks old

Say hello to Misha and her brother Flash!

Not long ago I was at a local shopping center.  As I was walking from my car to the cool comfort of the grocery store on that blistering hot day I noticed a dirty cardboard box sitting in an empty parking spot.  I had an uneasy feeling about that box.  So I walked over and took a look inside.  Inside the partially closed box sat two very frightened and very hot little kittens.  I scooped them up, rushed back to my car and turned on the air-conditioner.   As the kittens cooled off, I was fuming.  How could anyone just leave two defenseless kittens sitting in a box in a parking lot on a 90+ degree day?  I postponed my shopping trip and took them home.

They have been vet checked, are up-to-date on their shots and are available for adoption through the  SICSA Pet Adoption Center in Kettering, Ohio.  They will continue to live with me until they are adopted.  Incidentally, that cardboard box sat untouched in the shopping center parking lot for three days after I brought the kittens home.
